From the old bank vault behind the bar to the vibrant red exposed brick, our restaurant has quite the unique past. The same building in which our restaurant in located was once a Bank of Montreal until 1954. We proudly display our heritage to our guests throughout the restaurant.
Our owner has given all his time and care into crafting the beer we know and love today! Over the years, he has developed quite the variety of types and flavours of beer that is all brewed right in the restaurant. Choose from our local favourites; Hypotheque Ale, Oiseau Rock Stout, Hayes 72 Kolsch, and SS Pontiac Session IPA served with an orange slice.
We are proud to receive our AAA cuts of sirloin tip roasts from Chapeau's own local butcher at Conroy's grocers. The grains and hops used to brew our beer is povided from our local hop farm Houbloniere Lupuline Hop Yard.
